What if I told you that drinking 3 litres of water a day could literally change your life? Like literally. Change. Your. Life.
No, I'm not being dramatic. But I don't quite know how else to explain how much this little lifestyle change has benefitted me. Who knew water could be so exciting?!

So about 3 weeks ago, I decided to up my water intake. I wasn't really happy with my skin, nothing major, just not as smooth as I would like. Also, I was feeling a little, bleurgh.
The challenge was to drink 3 litres a day. Within about 3 days, I could already see and feel a difference. After a week, I was sold.
Here are some of the benefits I experienced:

~Better skin~
Glowing and smooth as a baby's backside. The tiny little bumps which used to bother me on my forehead have disappeared and I just look a bit... brighter?

~Reduction of dark circles under eyes~
Late nights and a decade strong caffeine addiction have left me with the problems of dark circles under my eyes. These have massively improved now and left me feeling all youthful!

~Reduction in appetite~

~Mental clarity~
This is going to sound a little weird, but I almost feel sharper. Like, things just seem a bit clearer and I feel more in focus. This one was strange as I never really felt foggy in the first place, but realise I must have as I now feel much more alert.

~Increased energy~

I cannot urge you enough to give it a go. Three litres sounds like a lot but I really quickly got used to it and easily surpass that some days. Honestly, I have become some kind of water fiend. Like if I don't have some readily available at all times I start to itch. Not literally itch, but... you get my point.

N.B. Please don't go overboard and start chugging down 6/7/8 litres of water... Apparently it can kill you. I read it somewhere.
